These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of BudgetTrackr (the "App"), developed by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use BudgetTrackr on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial budgeting purposes, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter or import into the App, including income, expenses, categories, and imported credit-card statements.
• You are responsible for keeping your device, iCloud account, and any exported data secure.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; while BudgetTrackr can sync via your iCloud account, you should not rely on any single copy of important financial records.

Disclaimer

BudgetTrackr is a personal organization tool that helps you record and categorize your own budgeting data. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing in the App should be interpreted as such. Automatic categorization, totals, and statement parsing (including PDF import) are provided for convenience only and may contain errors — always verify important figures against your bank or credit-card issuer's official records.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or financial loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by deleting the App from your devices. We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you fail to comply with these Terms.
